Gymfinity Kids is an exciting and growing gymnastics, ninja and activities centre.

We help kids develop the skills to cope with new challenges, socialise with others, and improve coordination skills by providing a high standard of coaching, a wide range of classes in an environment that is fun for all levels and abilities.

Our GK Cambridge team are now seeking a Head of Gymnastics to take the lead on product delivery and development.

As the Head of Gymnastics you will work closely with the Club Manager, taking the lead for product and coach development, ensuring the member experience is outstanding and all health and safety requirements are met.

You will support our Academy Manager by delivering regular coach training, holding key developmental training, assessing coach’s ability to safely deliver sessions, signing off training once they are safe to coach at various level, continually developing skills and coaching abilities as required by the club.

You will take a lead on the floor, providing team guidance, mentoring and direction, ensuring coaches are delivering progressive, fun and engaging lessons, and be the main point of contact for parents.

You will be leading by example, teaching to a high level within the sport, demonstrating great coaching skills, carrying out coach audits and observations and identifying club improvements.

You will support the team with all areas of daily operations, managing reception, promotional activity, member creation and retention.

Significant gymnastics coaching experience, across all four pieces, coaching to a high level is required in this role to enable you to take a lead on product development. This is a great opportunity for a qualified coach that is ready to take on management responsibility with the potential to progress. Level 2 or above would be advantageous.

You will be someone who is self-motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire others, you will have exceptional customer service, problem solving and adaptability skills and be able to work as part of team.

Evening and weekend work will be required as part of a regular shift pattern.
