Our brand new Wandsworth Club are now seeking an Assistant Manager to manage and develop the club, ensuring the reputation and brand remain outstanding and compliant with all legal requirements, including H&S and Employment.
As the Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure the day to day operation and running of the club meets expectation.
As a leading role in the club’s set-up you will support the Club manager produce and deliver a sales and marketing plan to promote and build the clubs membership, awareness and brand in the area.
Being front of house will be one of the day to day duties lead by the Assistant Manager as well as leading the busy Café and Reception.
Introducing and developing initiatives to help drive the club forward and providing an incredible member journey.
Leading the team you will provide team guidance, mentoring and direction, ensuring there is adequate cover and the team have the correct knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
Customer experience is very key to our success, as the Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in helping shape this, liaising with parents, members, managing reception and ensuring class delivery and club cleanliness is of the highest standard.
Responsibilities of the role will include opening and closing, cashing up, club promotion, supporting with Health and safety checks, stock ordering, staff rotas, participating and leading team meetings and team reviews.
You will joining the business at a very exciting time, with extensive growth and development on the horizon across all existing clubs and new clubs planned.
Previous management experience within a sport and fitness facility will be an advantage.

Evening and weekend work will be required as part of a regular shift pattern.
