Are you a gymnastics coach, with experience working with pre-schooler’s? Are you looking for a role Monday – Friday to gain your evenings and weekend back but not wanting to give up a job you are passionate about?

Gymfinity Kids are excited to announce the launch of a new Pre-School Coach role with our MK club, focusing on developing and delivering our pre-school program for Nurseries by Gymfinity Kids and our GK group.  

As the Pre-school Coach you will work closely with the Head of Gymnastics, taking the lead for classes for our under 5’s, ensuring outstanding session delivery with both children and parents, following our pre-school curriculum with added, individual flare.

Your role will be to plan and deliver fun, safe and engaging sessions to all members and nursery children, being mindful and aware of Ofsted learning goals. Preparing lesson objectives and outlines, contributing to the shaping of our new, inclusive and developmental curriculum. Taking a lead on all pre-school sessions, supporting development of team members coaching this age group, leading by example.  

Coaching experience with 2-4 year olds is essential for this role, holding a relevant pre-school qualification would give you an advantage. This is a great opportunity for any coach who thrives working with pre-school and is wanting to develop their knowledge and support with this age group.

You will be someone who is self-motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire others, you will have exceptional customer service, problem solving and adaptability skills and be able to work as part of team.

This role will follow a regular pattern Monday – Friday 9am-3pm. Additional hours will be available to increase weekly hours in line with the club schedule should this be desirable.
