Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts so you can let your child use the toilet if needs be and have time to prepare for class.  

At our Community Clubs, parents are welcome to stay and watch or operate a drop off and pick up. (Please note: Parents are required to stay if they signed up for a pre-school class)

We encourage all members to wear Gymfinity Kids Uniform which is available to purchase at reception or through our online shop. You can visit our online shop to view all exclusive online offers and limited edition lines.

The correct clothing for training is shorts and t-shirt, leggings and a t-shirt or leotard. Please do not wear anything loose-fitting. We do not allow any footwear on the gym floor

Please note:

• Long hair needs to be tied back
• No jewellery is permitted – if ears have recently been pierced they must be covered up with tape or plasters
• No food is permitted during our sessions, but please remember to bring along a drink for your child
• Children are encouraged to visit the bathroom before they start their session

At Luton, parents are welcome to stay and watch their children in the class. Coaches will signal to the parents/guardians who have stayed to watch when 5 minutes are remaining of the class – once they have signalled, please head to the pick-up area.

In pre-school classes, parents/guardians are required to stay with their child during their session.

PLEASE NOTE: This site is a nut-free site. Food containing any nuts are NOT PERMITTED at this site.

Please use Car Park B entrance at the school, drive through the gates and then continue forwards down the side of the school and onto the playground at the back of the school. You will see the sports hall, and there is a Gymfinity Kids banner outside indicating the door to be used to enter.

All gymnasts and ninjas follow a progressive curriculum and work towards an award scheme. The award scheme has been developed by leading educational and gymnastics specialists. Throughout your child’s journey with us, you will have access to their progress tracking and see what skills they have completed on which level within your parent portal.

Alongside the award scheme, children also can achieve stickers and rewards for their development.

We hold Award Weeks every few months to celebrate the children’s achievements. You can find out more about our Award Weeks here.
