Love variety, thrive on teamwork and want to make a real difference?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated Regional Lead Coach to join our Gymfinity Kids team, supporting multiple venues within an agreed area.

If you're someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches every challenge with a positive, solutions-focused attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Regional Lead Coach, no two days will look quite the same!

One day you could be delivering exciting gymnastics and ninja sessions, the next supporting a new coach through their induction, covering annual leave or taking responsibility for leading the coaching floor at another venue.

We're not looking for someone who knows everything already. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, who wants to learn, make a difference and help others succeed.

You'll receive bespoke training to develop the coaching and leadership skills needed for the role. What matters most to us is your enthusiasm, reliability, adaptability and genuine commitment to supporting your colleagues and delivering a brilliant experience for our members.

You'll also have the opportunity to support our Active Futures schools programme, receiving bespoke training to deliver Gymnastics, Dance and Ninja sessions in primary schools across your agreed area.

This is an opportunity to become a valued part of our wider coaching team, working alongside different colleagues, supporting club managers and helping maintain consistently high standards across our venues.

What you'll be doing

As a Regional Lead Coach, you'll work across multiple Gymfinity Kids venues, providing practical coaching and operational support wherever it's needed.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of each venue, making this a varied, hands-on and rewarding role.

Support our venues and coaching teams

  • Be where you're needed: Work across different venues within your agreed area, providing coaching support to meet changing operational needs.
  • Support our school partnerships: Work alongside our Active Futures team to deliver fun, engaging and structured sessions that help primary school children develop confidence, coordination and new skills.
  • Support staffing requirements: Help maintain consistent programme delivery by covering annual leave, planned absences and additional coaching requirements.
  • Welcome new colleagues: Support the induction and practical training of new coaches, helping them feel confident and supported in their roles.
  • Work with different teams: Build positive relationships with coaches and managers across multiple venues, adapting quickly to different environments and ways of working.
  • Make a difference: Identify opportunities to improve coaching standards, teamwork and the member experience, taking a proactive approach to making things better.

Deliver outstanding coaching and leadership

  • Deliver exciting sessions: Lead fun, safe and engaging gymnastics, ninja and children's activity sessions using our Gymfinity Kids programmes.
  • Lead the coaching floor: Take responsibility for the smooth running of coaching sessions during allocated Lead Coach shifts, ensuring activities are safe, organised and delivered to a high standard.
  • Support fellow coaches: Provide encouragement, practical guidance and feedback to help colleagues develop their confidence and coaching skills.
  • Maintain high standards: Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures and ensure coaching activities are delivered within approved skills and training.
  • Create brilliant member experiences: Build positive relationships with children, parents and families, helping every member feel welcome and supported.

Be a positive influence across our clubs

  • Embrace change: Respond positively to changing priorities, different working environments and unexpected challenges.
  • Find solutions: Approach problems with a proactive mindset, identifying practical ways to support the team and keep activities running smoothly.
  • Support our managers: Work collaboratively with venue management teams, providing reliable support and taking ownership of allocated responsibilities.
  • Lead by example: Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to Gymfinity Kids' values.
  • Keep improving: Share ideas, contribute feedback and look for ways to make our coaching programmes and member experience even better.
