What to expect at a Gymfinity Kids Birthday Party

At Gymfinity Kids, we throw the best parties in town! From Cambridge to Maidstone, our state-of-the-art clubs make the perfect birthday party venues to get children active and keep them entertained.

Kids get to enjoy a whole hour of fun on the gym floor with a 30-minute break for food and present opening. The birthday child can choose between a Gymnastics birthday, a Ninja party or a Fun-time party theme, which is a mixture of both activities.

Partygoers will experience an exciting range of gymnastics and ninja activities, as well as having a ton of fun using our equipment such as giant air tracks, sprung floors, beams, bars, ninja obstacle course and more! View the video gallery.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a Gymfinity member or not, everyone is invited to celebrate their birthday at Gymfinity Kids! We want to make all birthdays extra special.

Gymfinity Birthday Party Packages:

We offer two different packages for our parties.

Standard Package:

Gym floor access for 60 mins
Party space for food and gift giving: 30 mins
A gymnastics or ninja party host
All attendees get 25% off a day of Gymfinity Kids holiday camp.
The birthday child gets 25% off a whole week of our holiday camps.
Additional children: Gymfinity parties cater for up to 15 children per party. In our Standard Package, up to 5 extra children can attend for £10 each.

Our Enhanced Package offers everything in the Standard Package, with the below extras and ‘additional children’ fee adjustment:

Each child gets a special Gymfinity Kids medal to take home.
Each child gets a tasty slushie included.
For parents, one free hot drink per booked child (i.e. 15 children means 15 free hot drinks available during the party).
Additional children: In our Enhanced package, up to 5 extra children can attend for £13.50 each.

If you wish to have exclusive use of the gym floor for your party, you will need to purchase a Standard Package on top of whichever package you book.

All children who attend our parties must have a guest waiver completed by their parent or guardian. You can access the waiver below.

Birthday Feasts!

Select Gymfinity Kids clubs offer food packages that include pizza, squash and ice cream. Please note that this is not available in all our clubs. Head down to our club birthday pages below to see what our clubs can offer for your child’s special day.

You are welcome to bring your own food to the party, but we are unable to offer cooking or preparation facilities for food that’s brought to the club.

If party food is brought into club, we ask parents not to include nuts or grapes. Please also check with the children attending your party regarding food allergies.

Across our clubs, parties are hosted on the weekends. Some clubs may have Friday evening availability for Parties too, our team will be able to confirm options for you, just use the enquiry form below.
