Children's Birthday Parties at Gymfinity Kids Walton-on-Thames

At Walton-on-Thames Gymfinity Kids Club, we offer birthday parties on weekends only. Please check with the club as we sometimes host parties on a Friday evening, but this entirely depends on availability and other classes/events being held at the club.

When you host a birthday party with Gymfinity, you get to enjoy a party at our club for 1.5 hours. This consist of an hour on the gym floor with our coaches, plus 30 minutes in our party area or party room to open presents and enjoy food.

The cost of a birthday club at our Walton-on-Thames club is from £275-£300*

This price is for up to 15 children. For each additional child there is a cost of £10 per child. We can host 20 children maximum for one party.

Of course! If parents wish to stay on-site, we have a café on-site where you can relax and enjoy a hot drink or snack. We also have WIFI in the club in case you need to get online. You can view the gym floor from the seating area so can watch the kids playing games and exploring the equipment. There will always be coaches on the gym floor to supervise.

Children under 5 years old are welcome to join in the fun at our birthday parties, however, they will require a parent or suitable adult to accompany them on the gym floor. Please let us know if the majority of your guests will be under 5.

We highly recommend for you to bring decorations to decorate the party room or party area whilst the children are on the gym floor! It can help make the day feel extra special for the children and add that extra sparkle to the experience. You’re more than welcome to bring table clothes, streamers, bunting, birthday balloons and other decorations.

We’ve even had parents bring Snow White along to help sing Happy Birthday! Please speak to our Member Service team or to the club reception about your plans if they go beyond decorations. We’ll see if we can accommodate any extra touches you wish to bring to the party!

Please be aware that sometimes we have many parties booked so we can only let you decorate once your party slot has begun, and please factor in time after the party to quickly tidy up what you’ve brought.

You can bring whatever food you wish for the party! You can bring in cold food such as sandwiches, crisps, chocolates and other snacks. Feel free to nip out and collect your feast while the kids are partying on the gym floor, however, there needs to be at least one parent on site during the party.

You can also order pizza or other hot food to the club if you wish – please be aware of the timing of your booking though. If you order food to the club, it must arrive on time as we cannot extend your party booking slot to accommodate late arrivals of deliveries.

Some of our clubs offer food packages, however this is yet to be rolled out to all clubs due to availability of facilities. Please enquire with the club at walton@gymfinitykids.com or Member Services at info@gymfinitykids.com regarding food packages for parties.

Please note, our clubs are NOT allergy-free facilities. We recommend that you do not bring anything that contains nuts on-site and check with the parents/guardians of the children you have invited regarding allergies.

No – we do not allow any alcohol into our clubs and alcoholic beverages are not to be consumed on-site.

In the instance of a party booking, a minimum of 50% of the party cost will be taken at the point of booking. The final payment must be made a minimum of 2-weeks before the party date. Failure to do so will result in the party being cancelled.

You will be entitled to a full refund should you cancel more than one month before the party date, and there will be a 50% refund if your party booking is cancelled 2 weeks before. You can reschedule the party free of charge for another date if less than 2 weeks prior. In this instance you will not receive a refund.

There will be no refund for cancelled children.

Booking a birthday party at Gymfinity Kids depends entirely on availability at the club – it’s on a first come, first served basis. Our party bookings can get very busy, so we advise for you to book your party as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend the parties beyond 1.5 hours due to classes on the gym floor and other party bookings that will require the gym floor and party area. We will need to keep to the timings so please be sure to arrive on time at the start of your booking so you don’t miss out on any fun!

Yes, we will send you the waiver to circulate to the parents of the children you have invited to the party. This needs to be completed before the party.

The waiver ensures we have the details of the attending children, including their GP practice, medical/behavioural conditions or allergies, consent for Gymfinity Kids social media and an emergency contact.

We ask for you to get the consent of the parents regarding photography and videos of the party. Especially if you plan to put any images or video clips onto social media.

We currently do not offer any discounts for multiple parties booked

Please contact our Member Service team regarding a tour at info@gymfinitykids.com, or speak directly to the reception of the club. Tours depend on availability of staff as we may not be able to facilitate a tour during our peak hours when the club is busy.
