Milton Keynes: Spring Schedule

Get ready – the Milton Keynes club is running a variety of exciting gymnastics workshops and Award Week Intensive Workshops this Spring half-term break!

The next Award Week will be Monday 22nd June 2026 – Sunday 28th June 2026. Our clubs will be running Award Week Intensives over the half-term break – these sessions can help coach your child to nail those final skills and progress ahead of the certification week.

All sessions listed below can be booked at your club’s reception.

Spring Holiday Camps

Our Safari-themed Half-Term Holiday Camps are available to book – book five consecutive days and get 20% off!

Milton Keynes: Spring Schedule

Open Sessions

These open sessions are for those in 2-hour classes or in our Squads. In these sessions, the children can come in and work on whichever skills they wish to focus on, and there will be a coach on hand to support and advise them on the gym floor.

• TIME:
  • Session One: 10AM – 11.30AM
  • Session Two: 11.30AM – 1PM
• PRICE: £15 (per session)

Squad & Parent Session

Squad gymnasts can come in with their parents and let loose on the gym floor! The parents can have a go at various skills and apparatus – guaranteed fun!

Round Off Workshop

Open to Beginner and Intermediate gymnasts. We will be breaking down a round-off with a focus on techniques, and then putting it all together to help children perform a round-off confidently.

• TIME: 1PM – 3PM

Backward Walkover Workshop

This is open to Intermediate gymnasts of all ages. We will be working on backward walkovers and helping the gymnasts nail the various steps to perform the skill.

Handspring Walkover

This is open to all intermediate and advanced gymnasts. We will be practising handsprings and drilling down to what it takes to perform a great handspring.

Flic Workshop

This is open to all intermediate and advanced gymnasts. We will be breaking down flics and then putting all the steps back together to help the children nail the skill.
