Member Services Adviser (Part-Time)
Location: Hybrid, Milton Keynes office location with some work from home.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Availability: Must be flexible, including evenings and weekends

The Role
We’re looking for a Member Services Adviser to join our friendly, hard-working team in Milton Keynes. You’ll be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members, helping with enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle member enquiries by phone and email
• Enter and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Create basic documents and spreadsheets (Word & Excel)
• Prepare and send invoices; follow up on late payments
• Communicate clearly and professionally with members
• Support the wider team to maintain high service standards

About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

You’ll need to have:

• Great customer service skills (written and verbal)
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Confidence with data entry and basic admin tasks
• Excellent organisation and time management
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
