It's an exciting time for us here at Gymfinity Kids, we are looking for a gymnastics coach to join our club in Farnborough.

Gymfinity Kids is the UK’s leading provider in activity-based clubs and nurseries. We offer a host of classes, including Gymnastics, Ninja courses, Holiday camps and parties, along with separate nurseries.

Responsibilities of the role:

Ø To be an ambassador for our policies and procedures which are written in line with our Colleague handbook and safety standards.

Ø To participate in the planning and development of our Gymnastics and Ninja activities, enabling our customers to reach their potential and learning goals.

Ø Communicate with parents and customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Ø Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members.

Ø Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team.

Ø Be a role model for customer service at all times to both members and prospects.

Ø Maintain cleanliness of the facilities for a great customer experience.

Ø Participate and contribute to regular staff meetings.

Ø Help to create an environment where all colleagues enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole.

Ø Undertake any other reasonable duties and attend meetings, which may be required from time to time.

About you:

Ø Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications.

Ø Knowledge or experience with gymnastics or parkour (preferred but not essential).

Ø Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.

Ø A passion for working with and developing children.

Ø Confidence leading small and large groups.

Ø Confidence liaising with parents and members.

Ø Excellent customer service skills.

Ø A desire to learn and develop within the role.

Ø Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Salary and benefits

Ø £7.00 - £10.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Ø 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

Due to the nature of our work you’ll need to have an enhanced DBS check before you start.

Salary: £7.49-£11.00 per hour
