Milton Keynes club is running Award Week Intensive Workshops and some additional workshops for gymnasts this February half-term.

Milton Keynes February Schedule: Workshops

Round-Off Workshop

This 2-hour workshop is open to beginner and intermediate gymnasts looking to improve their round-offs! We’ll focus on drills and key techniques to help gymnasts build confidence and consistency.

Handstand Workshop

This 2-hour workshop is open to beginner gymnasts and intermediate gymnasts who wish to focus on perfecting their handstands! We will run through drills and look at techniques to help gymnasts nail their handstands.

Handspring Workshop

This 2-hour workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced gymnasts who want to refine their handsprings. Gymnasts will work through focused drills and technical progressions to improve and perfect their technique.

Flic Workshop

This 2-hour workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced gymnasts who want to refine their flics. Gymnasts will work through targeted drills and technical progressions to help perfect their technique.

Award Intensive Sessions: Ages 4+

In preparation for our March Award Week, we will be hosting Award Intensives. These 2-hour sessions will focus on ticking off all the skills needed to achieve the levels that the gymnasts and ninjas are currently working towards.
