We’re so excited to host a ‘Train with Beth‘ day for Squad Gymnasts on Sunday 10th May 2026!
The event will take place at Salto Gymnastics in Luton – get ready for a session where gymnasts can really get to grips with what makes a great gymnast and deep dive into various techniques and skills across all the apparatus on the gym floor.
Join Beth Tweddle for a gymnastics training session at Salto Gymnastics in Luton on 10th May, with opportunities for photos and a free goody bag, assisted by Dan Hammond.
Train with Beth Tweddle: Sunday 10th May 2026
Beth Tweddle is an Olympic Medallist who has a wealth of expertise in gymnastics, ready to share with the gymnasts. We’re hosting this special training day that will be led by Beth in Luton where gymnasts will circulate all apparatus and get trained on each specific piece of kit.
What to expect:
This 3-hour session will begin with a warm-up run by Beth before the gymnasts are split up into groups to begin the circuit of training. Beth will be stationed at a piece of apparatus and will give tuition on that particular piece of kit.
We will also have a fantastic team of squad coaches, including Dan Hammond, joining Beth who will be training the children on the rest of the apparatus on the gym floor to help make this an epic session of expert training.
The gymnasium in Luton is a fully purpose-built facility with all the equipment. Perfect for gymnasts to try new skills for the first time under the guidance and supervision of our expert coaches.
In the last hour, all questions will be answered by Beth and there is an opportunity for photographs and autographs with her.
Who can get involved?
This day is available to all Gymfinity Kids Squad Gymnasts and external squad gymnasts. Each attendee will receive a goodie bag.
