Intermediate Bars Workshops (ages 7-9)

These workshops are an opportunity for gymnasts to develop their bars skills during an intensive training session.

Beginner Bars Workshop

An amazing opportunity for beginner gymnasts to work on bar basics such as casts, chin circles, swings and much more!

Ninja Flips Workshop (Level 6-9)

We will be working on ninja front and back flips in this 2-hour workshop – learning new skills and honing techniques.

We will be working on progressions for forward and backward walkovers.
