Dance Class: Squad All Levels (Ages 8+)

Squad gymnasts (age 8+) are invited to this fun dance class where we will learn moves and techniques that will help with competition routines!

Parent & Child (Recreational Gymnastics) Sessions

This session is for children of all levels aged 6+ – it gives their parent or guardian a chance to try out the gymnastics skills that their child practices in class! Guaranteed fun! These are £8 per session.

Parent & Child (Squad Gymnastics) Sessions

This session is for squad gymnasts to come into club with a parent or guardian – they get the chance to try out the gymnastics skills that their child practices in class! Guaranteed fun! These are £8 per session.

Open Gym Sessions: 2hr+ Squad Gymnasts

These sessions are for squad gymnasts to have access to the gym floor and work on skills with the help of a coach. No age restrictions. These sessions are £15 each.

Beginner Gymnastics Workshops (Ages 4+)

Beginner Bars Workshop: We will be working on beginner bar skills like hips, casts, back-ups, and more!
